Matthew Fredrick Branstetter, SVP & COO
Matthew F. Branstetter, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Bancorp, Inc. (the Company), also serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending and Operating Officer for Unified Bank (The Bank). His responsibilities include directing, coordinating and maintaining the Bank’s lending portfolio, including the commercial, residential and installment loan programs. He is also responsible for overseeing retail banking, as well as overseeing the Bank’s credit analysis, loan administration and collection areas.
With more than 20 years financial services experience, Mr. Branstetter joined the Bank and Company in 2009. He has served as a Financial Management Specialist/Systems Administrator for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Branstetter received a degree in Business Management from Indiana University in 1992 and received Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association (RMA) in 2005. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking program through the University of Wisconsin in 2013.
